This Delivery & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through affiliate links featured on luxurylivingco.co.uk (the “Site”).

Luxury Living Co is operated by Top New Trendz Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).


1. Important Notice – Our Role as an Affiliate

Luxury Living Co is not a retailer and does not sell products directly.

When you click an affiliate link on our Site and make a purchase, you are entering into a contract directly with the third-party retailer, not with Luxury Living Co.

We may earn a commission from qualifying purchases. This does not affect the price you pay.

The retailer you purchase from is the “trader” for the purposes of the:

  • Consumer Rights Act 2015

  • Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Your statutory rights under UK law apply against that retailer.


2. Delivery Responsibility

All products purchased via affiliate links are:

  • Processed by those retailers

  • Does not process orders

  • Does not store stock

  • Does not dispatch goods

  • Does not control delivery times

  • Does not handle customs or courier issues

Under UK consumer law, responsibility for delivery rests with the retailer until the goods come into your physical possession.

If you experience:

  • Late delivery

  • Non-delivery

  • Damaged goods

  • Incorrect items

You must contact the retailer directly, as they are legally responsible for resolving delivery issues.


3. Your UK Consumer Rights

If you are purchasing as a consumer in the United Kingdom, you generally have the following statutory rights with the retailer:

Goods Must Be:

  • Of satisfactory quality

  • Fit for purpose

If goods are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to:

5. Returns & Refunds

Luxury Living Co does not process:

  • Returns

  • Refunds

  • Exchanges

  • Warranty claims

All return and refund procedures are governed by the individual retailer’s policy, in addition to your statutory rights.

To request a return or refund:

  1. Refer to your order confirmation email to identify the retailer.

  2. Visit the retailer’s website and review their returns policy.

  3. Follow their stated return procedure.

  4. Retain proof of postage and tracking documentation.

If a retailer fails to honour your statutory rights, you may escalate the matter through:

  • The retailer’s complaints procedure

  • Your payment provider (e.g., chargeback or Section 75 claim where applicable)

  • Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

  • Trading Standards


6. Affiliate Commission Clarification

Luxury Living Co earns commission for referring customers to retailers.

We are not:

  • A party to the sales contract

  • Responsible for product quality

  • Responsible for delivery performance

  • Responsible for retailer compliance with UK consumer law

Any legal claim relating to goods or services must be directed to the retailer.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxury Living Co shall not be liable for:

  • Loss arising from delivery delays

  • Retailer breach of contract

  • Faulty or defective goods

  • Return disputes

  • Refund delays

Nothing in this policy excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
